cannibal case: truth or tale?

i heard a story about akid who goes to ohio state who went to florida with a friend of his who was a girl.they went to a bar and got drunk and the girl hooked up with this guy. he asked her if she wanted to go back to his apartment with him but her friend from ohio state told her he wasnt gonna let her. when they got back to ohio she found a rash on her face and went to the medical center where they did tests and sent her home. the next day they called her back and there were police there when she got there. they asked her questions about the man she kissed and told her that she had the rash because the guys she kissed was a cannibal. the police found him in florida and found two half eaten womens' corpse's in his apartment. can anyone tell me if this is true or not? thanks!

Let me begin by saying that "stories" of this kind tend to be urban legends.

But this is going to be very blunt. I am in Nashville at college and my friend literally just told me the same story, including the same colleges and locations. Ohio State and Florida specifically. She just talked to her friend who was on spring break with this exact girl and told my friend this exact story.

If the places and or times did not match up, this would be an urban legend. But this time, the puzzle fits. This is almost certainly true. Talk to the individuals again and check local Florida News.
