What is this? Heat rash or acne? Something else?
My friend has about 30 zit like things on her oter thigh... she doesn't know if it is heat rash or acne. It doesn't really hurt but she has a swim party tonight and doesn't want it there then. it might be heat rash because she works as a life guard. Does anybody have any ideas on what to do?
