Bought two kits for myself and my girlfriend. My shoe size is 10.5-11 while my girlfriend has a 9. The fin sizes for the two kits that were sent were identical: M-XL. I found that the fins were a little too large for a 9.

I did a whole week of both snorkeling and SCUBA diving with the kit. I must say I am very satisfied especially after having bought a prior split-fin set from US Divers (which was honestly garbage). The fins are fairly comfortable and flexible, yet durable enough to give you a nice propulsion. Mask is very comfortable as well. The panoramic view, although not actually 'panoramic' in the true sense of the word, is still significantly better than the standard flat-shaped masks. The snorkel is also great on this kit. The rubber is soft which allows for easy bending and the automatic valve at the top works great!

My only true concern was with the quality of the fins. In both sets that I ordered, the plastic connectors where the straps lock into place are poorly constructed and the small buttons to loosen the strap often jam. This is not such a big deal especially that you really need to adjust the heel strap only once but still disappointing considering the fact that the rest of the kit is of such high quality.

I bought each set for $70 and in my opinion it was well worth it. I have many years of snorkeling experience and half a dozen dives and this is definitely the best (non-professional) kit I've had so far (not including the long-finned professional kits that I rented for SCUBA a couple of times).
