Sea Anemones?
I have 3 condylactis sea anemones in my 10 gallon aquarium. The water is perfect, high water flow, and an 18 watt bulb, they seem to be happy! I also have a Brain coral.
Is that ok?

Im sorry but i dont agree with bob W the place were i got them said my light was perfect and the brain coral is as happy as it can be
No, it isn't OK in the long run. A condylactis needs a 20 gallon aquarium minimum according to Live Aquaria. If they are small you may be able to get by for a while but you will need a larger aquarium or to re-home them eventually and they can grow quite quickly.
The immediate concern is the lighting. They require bright lighting. You need about 5 watts per gallon minimum where you have 1.8 watts per gallon. The coral will not tolerate the low lighting either.
You say they seem happy. How long have you had them?

If you have had the critters for a year and they look happy, I don't even understand why you would ask the question.
Did you follow the link I gave you to Live Aquaria and read what they have to say? I've added a link from Marine Depot and they agree with me. You say you have had the for a year. I've had my condy for one year as well and it has grown from 1.5 inches to six inches in that year. That defines happy to me. How much have yours grown? Depending on the particular species condys mature at 6 to 12 inches. Yours would be wall to wall if they achieved that size.

The Earth is heated by the sun each day. Nearly 174,000 terawatt of energy hits the Earth. One of Terawatt is equal to one million megawatts! So the Sun is warming the Earth with 174 billion megawatts of energy! Of this amount, approximately 30% is reflected back due to the white reflectivity of the Earth that is known in science as the albedo effect. So the net energy absorbed by the Earth is 122 terawatt.
If both the energy is being absorbed by the Earth, should continue to heat and the temperature should continue to increase steadily. Within days the temperature should not exceed the maximum that could support any life. All life was going to die and where trees and char.
But this does not happen. The Earth has its own temperature stability. Why? For in the night Earth radiates the heat absorbed during the day in deep space. Of the 122 TW that the Earth absorbs from the sun, which radiates 121TW into deep space and the difference becomes work to move the air, clouds and ocean currents and tides. Radiation always takes place between two bodies, leaving the heat from warmer to colder the body. That really can feel this cooling effect at night, but the truth is that is happening all 24 hours. The Earth is constantly cooling by radiating its energy into deep space. We do not feel during the day because the effect of solar radiation is the annulment of refrigeration and still more to heat Earth. Over millions of years the earth has reached a temperature equilibrium by equating the heating and cooling the sun at night.
The sea has an enormous reservoir of water that is capable of absorbing heat from the sun, without changes in temperature. Solar radiation penetrates a long distance in the water and the heat is absorbed in a very large mass of water. In places where there are algae or plankton as a mixed layer, its depth makes a difference. Observations of sea surface temperature (SST), where there was ocean mixed layer (OML) at 5 meters from the surface showed a day night temperature difference of 1.5 degrees Celsius. But when OML was 50 feet deep, the temperature difference was only 0.1 degrees!
Oceans have 1.3 billion kilometers cubic. We Physics has given way to calculate the temperature rise of water to meet its mass, specific heat and the amount of heat input. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Change (IPCC) has reported that the effect of greenhouse gases on global warming is 1.6 watts per square meter that works with a heat input of 800TW in the surface area of 500 square meters for the entire planet Tera. This heat input for the whole year without considering the night-time surface radiation sea, can only increase the sea temperature by half a degree over a period of 111 years! It is therefore possible that global warming resulting from greenhouse gases for heating the sea enough to melt the polar ice caps from underneath.
