Is it illegal in california to go spear fishing?
I like to throw sharp objects at thing so i wanted to know if its illegal to go spear fishing in californa.
Take a look at section 28.90 of the CA Freshwater Sportfishing Regulations. Someone else provided the link....however, they are INCORRECT about it being "illegal."
You can spear fish; however, there are tight regulations on it, so just read the regs and you'll be fine.
