Seal Scuba Diver
there is a mouth piece for scuba diving on tv, navy seals, etc...but it is just a silver bar. what is it?
the impression is that the silver bar is a rebreather, but I can't find a photo or name of the video. the bar can be seen in action in the movie Oceans 12 by the oriental diver.
I thought that navy rebreathers are still pretty classified, but they do exist. Officially, they use carbon filters to scrub the carbon dioxide and only work to about 20 ft, officially. I know that in the 90's there were commercial rebreathers available, but I don't know the company names.

Also known as the home, children's pool is a small beach, partially protected by a wall of SEA. The original intention here was to create pool completely protected, although sand has now filled in much of the area is inside the wall.
It This is a beautiful beach, offering several scenic views. Most of the year, seals and sea lions are present in or near the beach, with a reserve for these marine mammals, called Seal Rock is a little off.
The wading pool is within walking distance of shopping area community of La Jolla. You can find green space park on foot distance to the north and south. Several small beaches are nearby, as well as Wipeout Beach to south and Shell Beach to the north.
Swimming pool for children is also a popular beach for divers because of the near shore reefs. These same reefs can help create very strong currents and other hazards, especially in high wave conditions.
Rescuers rescuer protection daily throughout the year. In summer, lifeguard hours are usually from 9 am to dusk. Other times, year Rescuers can not start service until 10am.
Directions from the north, take I-5 at La Jolla Village Drive, westbound. At the crossroads with traffic lights, turn left onto Torrey Pines Road. Follow this road to Prospect Street and turn right. Be alert to signs and right on the Boulevard Costa.
From the south, take I-5 north of La Jolla Parkway. Continue to monitor and becomes Torrey Pines Road. Follow this road to Prospect Street and turn right. Be alert for signs and turn right on Costa Boulevard.
Parking at La Jolla Cove, an amount very limited parking in the street. Street parking can be very difficult to find, especially in summer. You are limited to three hours to one hour a week, although there is no limit to the weekend.
You should always check for signs of possible parking restrictions. Paid parking is also available in downtown La Jolla in several places and it is also within walking distance of the beach.
For a great day of fun, scuba diving or simply enjoy the water, children's pool in La Jolla is an excellent place to go. You should always try to arrive soon as it can be very busy during the summer.
