Alcohol / drinking on a trip to Bermuda NCL.
I'll be 19 turning 20, while at sea. I'm curious about the drinking age and policies they will face in the boat. Also: What is the average price of a drink on board? How do I find people to go out with on board? (I'm with my family) What are some things to do while in Bermuda? Rent or no rent a scooter? use of the ship to find the diving and water sports or go to the ship for the lowest price? What are some bars to go to Bermuda and what I can expect to pay? Who should I tip in Bermuda? Just as you would in NY?
The drinking age on all cruise ships is 21 years or more. And no matter if you're on the ship in the U.S. or a port abroad, his equal. No matter who you are in international waters, yet age 21. The only exception to this is that some cruise lines allow those over 18 years of age but under 21 when accompanied by a parent to drink beer and wine if their parents sign a waiver so they can drink. While under 21 can not drink on the boat, you can drink in bars and restaurants in the port stops. The drinking age in all other countries is 18 years for you to enjoy there. But do not try to bring alcohol back on the boat, but be confiscated. I've been to Bermuda twice the cruisers and I can tell that it is a place that has an abundance of bars and clubs. A bar in St. George and a couple of Hamilton. The main things people go to Bermuda to the beaches and golf. There are two main cities of Hamilton, the largest (where most cruise ships dock at least one day) and St George (also a port stop) which is like a small town and has a few shops. Thirdly ships may dock there while Arsenal Reyes .. The shipyard is located at the end of the 22 miles of Long Island and has a mall with small shops and a museum. Crystal Cave and Fantasy Caves are worth visiting, as a journey, or his account. I also visited one of the headlights and you can visit one of the many strengths of the island as Fort St. Catherine, if you like that kind activity.There is not much more to do there. There are no major points of real interest to go see. The list of things you can see if it goes on tour would be a fort, a lighthouse, a couple of museums, a church, and a cave. I suggest that you DO NOT rent a scooter in Bermuda mainly because it is a British country, where the unity of the opposite side of the street from the U.S. and the rest of the world. If you are not familiar with it, one can get in real trouble, especially when it comes to circles / roundabouts and when turning. Moreover, roads are narrow. Cruises often have singles matches so it probably will meet with people in one of those. Sure you meet people around the pool and jacuzzi, in the gym, and the whole ship for that matter. If you want to dive, beach snuff Bay near the town of St. George is great, and their distance (about 3 / 4 mile from the city), or take a bus there and walk around. It is a bay on flat water, no waves, and there are large rocks that can go between and among the fish to see. I do not think it will buy almost anything in Bermuda to worry about tipping, but like his other places. Check out the websites below
