Why is the pressure relief valve on my regulator high pressure to low pressure blowing?
I have a tank of argon was pressurized to about 2800PSI, created for use with a TIG welder. Upon opening the tank of argon, the safety valve 3000PSI begins releasing gases a rapid pace, but the tank pressure remains lower than 3000PSI. There is a problem with the flow regulator itself, 2 different units have been tried. What could cause a malfunction in the safety valve into two independent regulator units? Both indicators were recently served Each indicator was rated above 1000psi standard level in the current system has worked without any problems for about 25 years
Argon boiling point -305 º F in the atmosphere. Leakage is normal in a liquid tank in the boot. But it must end in a few seconds. time which can reduce many metals and materials security.
