Snorkeling tips?
Any tips would be great, recently moved to Oahu.
My wife any I rented some dry breather gear and flippers.
It had rained day before so very cloudy. Windy day so we couldnt swim over the reef or faced crashing on top of it. Wondering if anyone had some helpful or fun tips on experiencing snorkeling/seeing fish. And avoiding DANGERS.
Just about anywhere in Hawaii is good for snorkeling - if the trades are blowing just go to the other side of the island. If it is really bad, just wait until the next weekend - I was there for about 6 months and loved it. Try the Kona side of the Big Island too - great beaches, lots of fish and turtles.
