PLEASE HELP! A basic snorkeling question...
I am looking to buy a basic snorkel/mask/fins kit just for me and my girlfriend. I would like to get a fairly cheap one that contains a dry snorkel that actually works. Any suggestions on a deal that gives you bang for your buck? I don't might risking an online buy. if it doesn't fit me I'll give it to one of my friends.

go to walmart and look under all their goggles and stuff something should be there if not e-bay and then wash it alot

Who does not want to explore the world under the sea? Mankind has always been fascinated with underwater life. Because of this great fascination, extensive research and surprising inventions have given us the opportunity to breathe underwater so you can watch or just have fun in dealing with aquatic animals.
However, respiration under water is not simply carry a full tank of air with you when diving. There are many things you need to consider. Staying underwater is totally different from life on earth.
On one hand, humans do not have gills that can extract oxygen from water. Air pressure is also significantly different pressure water. The human body is not adapted to changes in pressure. Control their buoyancy and avoid losing body heat when under water are also important considerations.
Fortunately, probably everything a diver needs to safely explore the depths of the ocean is available. There's the mask, snorkel, fins, regulators and wetsuits to name a few. These devices allow the diver to breathe, control of position and stay under the hot water.
To breathe underwater, a diver wearing a metal tank filled with compressed air. A regulator is attached to this tank, which adjusts the air pressure to match the surrounding so that the diver can breathe comfortably. The regulator delivers air through a mouthpiece that the diver used to inhale and exhale. Breathe through your mouth is natural, so no need to add that to their concerns.
Another hose is connected to a regulator to control the buoyancy of the diver. It is attached to an air bladder adjustable. Since the diver takes this as a vest, the addition of air in it would make him more buoyant and therefore rises. When released to air, the opposite happens.
These jackets also help a diver to achieve neutral buoyancy. When you are in a neutral buoyancy, you can stay at a constant depth without much effort. This minimizes gas consumption due to swimming.
The divers also wear lead weights as a belt so they can go down and stay underwater. The weights are equal to time to achieve the right balance. During emergency situations, a diver can just quickly release these belts to match surface.
A wetsuit is really incredible. It is made of compressible substance, therefore, when it descends, the volume is reduced, and when rises, it expands. They are very useful in controlling buoyancy conveniently one.
An application can also provide thermal insulation. A wetsuit, for example, neoprene is often has a poor thermal conductivity, which minimizes heat loss to the surrounding water.
Another way to meet a driver can reduce heat loss is by trapping a layer of water between the suit and the human skin. The suit is very well sealed in the neck, wrist and legs therefore the water flow is reduced. This technique in reducing heat loss is known as convection, which is the same principle used in the concept of semi-dry.
A dry suit keeps the diver also dry, as it is made of a wetsuit. Ice water could not penetrate a dry suit. Preferably, dry suit underwear are also used for better insulation. A dry suit keeps layers of air inside that helps keep a diver warm.
Of course, in order better acquainted with these diving gear would be better if you get a certification from a diving course. In this course, you not only learn about these teams, also teaches diving suit.
During the course, students learn how to dive neutral buoyancy. Through various exercises, swimming, will learn to control your breathing. A diver should know how to breathe slowly but continuously.
At the end of the course, hope to learn some procedures safety in diving, for example, how to clear your mask if in case of leakage of water, avoiding collisions and underwater, of course, learn how to help a fellow diver in need. Conventional hand signals are used to communicate underwater divers since they have no other way to talk to each other.
As a certified diver, can fill your air tanks, buy scuba diving equipment and dive all over the world. Dive businesses require this certification as proof that you may well address itself underwater.
