How do you dive a diving board?
I have always had trouble diving in a pool because I would either not keep my legs straight enough and they would hit the top of the water really hard or i will bend my back to much and when i hit the water i lose my breath. i just need some tips and advice to not keep making those painful mistakes. I know it sounds pretty stupid.
ok lets see the gurl above has it about correct but the key things are have a loose walk and hurdle when ur diving in like she said keep tight but for the best dives u want to keep ur stomach hollow and the most important thing is look at the back of ur hands if ur diving in and u arent u can run the risk of hurting your neck but all in all just have a hella time out there and be safe
