Where can i buy pink Scuba fins?

I saw a pair a while ago in a scuba store, but I don't remember which one. They need to be snorkel fins, NOT the kind with the strap in the back that require a boot. I want hot pink (so that it matches the rest of my gear) and I don't want to order online. If I live in New Jersey, which store can I buy them from? A website would be best. Thanks in advance!

Swimming: diving masks are better w / o nose bleed w / o?

I plan to use them for just having fun in the pool. I've never used 1 w / nose before purging. It's a whole lot of water going to come anyway and make them useless?

not go if you are only using this to fuck with the pool. nose bleed was designed for people who could not get the job of water treatment away masks by the method of blowing air into the mask over the nose, while lifting the mask a bit far off the face. is cumbersome and does not fit comfortabley w / a snorkel or regulator.

Weight Belt
Weight belt?

does anyone know how to make a weight belt, like for snorkeling, out of common househlod items? I already have those ankle weights.

Wow that's an interesting question. I am a PADI Scuba instructor and never heard of anyone making their own weightbelts before. If they are not available in your area I still suggest you order them online or through the mail.

One of the key features of the store bought weightbelt is that it has a quick release buckle. In the unfortunate event that you need to dump your belt, it is easy to remove. They are not that expensive and are of good quality. I highly recommend stainless steel buckles over plastic. Generally they last longer. All our rentals are stainless.

As you probibly already discovered the ankle weights tend to make your legs sink while you are prone position on the surface. It's better to get weights that go on you midsection.

If you are really strapped for cash, I can send you a used weight belt. Send me a message we'll work it out.
