Mask Snorkel Water
I have a snorkel mask but it seems to fill up with water because of some slats under the nose?

part. It lets in air if I blow in it from the outside I don't understand. Most masks don't have this - they just kind of suck to your face. How can I use this mask properly

One of four things cause a mask flood.
1/ You state that you have "slats" under the nose pocket. This is probably a purge valve. Some masks have this. It's purpose is as a one way valve. If it's working properly, it doesn't let water in, but if some leaks in around the mask skirt, you simply blow a bit out your nose and this forces water out through that purge. Check to see if the little silicone disk is still there or if there is debris under it.
2/ The mask doesn't fit your face properly to start with. Not all masks fit everyone's face. They're all made a little differently. A properly fitting mask will stay on your face at least 30 seconds, with no mask strap on or holding with hands, after you inhale a little through your nose and then hold your breath.Try this out of the water. If it falls off immediately, it doesn't fit you and will definitely leak.
3/ Your mask strap is too tight. Yup, if it's too tight it deforms the mask skirt and will leak.
4/ You have something under the mask skirt, like hair.

Do you have to be a very good swimmer to do deep sea diving?

Because, I am very interested but I am only an average swimmer. Infact I am below average but very keen to try deep sea diving. I have done snorkling and loved it!

Congressional Budget Office (CBO) on House Plan: The CBO helped the House Democrats' case for a public option when it reported that under the proposed legislation , most people would still choose employer-based coverage rather than a government-run option. The CBO stated that, given the individual mandate, more employees would sign up for coverage through their employers. However, the latest analysis also stated that the proposal would still increase budget deficits.

Senate May Choose Co-Op Over Public Option: Senate Finance Committee negotiators indicated that they were close to reaching a bipartisan deal that would include a co-op modeled public plan. The proposal being discussed would include a tax on insurers and would use non-profit cooperatives to compete with private insurers. The proposal would also not include an employer mandate.

House Republicans Unveil $700B Plan: On Wednesday, House Republicans unveiled a $700 billion health care plan that would offer tax deductions and credits to assist individuals in purchasing insurance, as well as take on medical malpractice.
