I would imagine that depends on both your lung capacity, how in shape you are, and how sensitive your ears are to pressure. the deepest I've ever gone down in one breath was only 12 feet when I was snorkeling in the Cayman Islands. we were diving for big conch shells to eat the meat.

I have a Rayovac battery charger and I am trying to recharge 2 AAA batteries that say about them and I am also 1.2V NiMH is trying to recharge AA batteries in them HYBRID same 1.2V 2100 mAh NiMH metal nickel hydride that both are of the Rayovac brand and its been taking forever to charge them I'm doing something wrong???

Spear Gun

How much does a harpoon to spear fishing cost? Is this some kind of spring device?

The cost can vary from small arms reef ($ 75) all the way to open water guns made for shooting Tuna, Wahoo, and Marlin. ($ 500) I bought a fiber Beauchat Carbon 90 cm arms. I live in Hawaii and especially 1 and 2 hunt the reef Ulua (mackerel) and other fish of Jack. You do not want to buy a weapon that is the way to large for fish that are on the hunt. The axis is broken into pieces smaller fish. The weapon has a large rubber band, sometimes even 5. When the trigger is pulled the mechanism press gangs that slings the shaft after the fish. Snorkel Scuba

Where in Florida is a good place to snorkel and scuba?

Me and a friend of mine are planning on going to Florida in September to vacation.

Key Largo has some great scuba diving and snorkeling. I've gone diving with Ocean Divers, which has dive-and-stay packages with the next-door Marina Del Mar and the Holiday Inn, just across the marina. Marina Del Mar is relatively inexpensive, but it's in good condition and makes for a relaxing place to stay.

The diving in the Key Largo area is great -- in particular, I'd recommend doing any reef diving in John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Molasses Reef has some nice, colorful fish. There are also some wrecks to dive, like the "Duane" and the "Spiegel Grove".

When I was down there last February, the winds made the seas too rough for diving, unfortunately. I ended up trying kitesurfing instead.

The Malaysian waters are fish so there is no real need to go deep to see. Here are my favorite dive sites.

The Perhentian Islands
The best diving in Perhentian Kecil is in the extreme north of Coral Bay or at the end North Long Beach. It is similar with respect to types of corals and fish, and you should see turtles and rays in two places. The Besar, Teluk Dalam bay is the best for diving. Sharks are common, said training underwater rocks and coral on the western edge of the bay.

Lankayan Island
The Lankayan offers a coral atoll with many beautiful places for snorkeling and diving opportunities. Good diving can be done in the huge gap around the beach, diving is possible additional boat on the reef outside. The place is a paradise for photography macro, as there are many small animals and unique.

Sipadan
Few things beat the drift with the currents in the most exposed. There are many turtles do the famous Jacques Cousteau documentary, Ghost sea turtle, was filmed here. You may also catch a glimpse of barracuda, parrot fish, wrasse environment and thousands of reef fish. The hammerhead sharks are often spotted in the South Point.

Redang
Tg Mak Cantik located in front of Redang Reef Resort at Pantai Pasir Panjang has been popular for years with a tuba. The wildlife underwater on the screen Not as prolific as in the places mentioned above, but the place is considered one of the most accessible snorkeling Redang. Look out for the bluegill, Sgt Scissortail, redlip parrot fish, rabbits virgata, servant Bleeker, eight bands butterfly and turtle can be strange.

Tioman
The water around Tioman is absolutely clear. Among the popular dive sites are Rengg Island Tulai Island, Monkey Bay and the park Marine. You will be captivated by the colorful tropical fish and beautiful soft corals and hard. In most respects, the fish are tame and will address the swimmers.

Which helmet is safer, a face full or three quarters, with a face shield?

I know the whole face is more protection, but has the largest area to deny veiwing 3 / 4 the difference in safety?

Whenever I fall face down on the pavement. Would I rather have that 3 / 4 helmet or whole face? How road racers do you see using 3 / 4? There are fewer facial injuries with helmet. Hard to say if they are "safer" safety testing as you normally deals with the "survival" and not how pretty it is the pilot after a shipwreck. For viewing area, the highest quality helmets allow approximately the same amount of display area of high quality, 3 / 4 helmets. I've seen the problems with riders wearing wrong (too big) size of the hull, and causing problems that observation, rather than the whole face with 3 / 4.

An electronic medical record (EMR) or electronic health record (EHR) replaces the traditional paper chart for patients. It's believed that health care facilities that use EHR systems deliver more efficient and higher quality care. In today's digital age, electronic medical records are certainly the wave of the future. However, proponents of universal adoption are still frustrated by the rate at which they are being implemented.  According to a study just released by the National Center for Health Statistics, only 38.4% of physicians reported using a full or partial EMR system. This data is similar to what the Commonwealth Fund reported this year, that only 28% of physicians in the United States use an EMR (compared to 89% in Britain, and 98% in the Netherlands).

 EMR supporters hope that increased involvement by the government will help speed things along. President-elect Barak Obama has endorsed EMRs, and their adoption is a key part of his $50 billion dollar health care reform plan. In a radio address on December 6th,  President-elect Obama stated, "We will make sure that every doctor's office and hospital in this country is using cutting edge technology and electronic medical records so that we can cut red tape, prevent medical mistakes, and help save billions of dollars each year."

 President-elect Obama has also appointed former-Senator Tom Daschle as Secretary of Health and Human Services. He also intends to nominate Daschle to lead a new White House Office of Health Reform, with Jeanne Lambrew as his deputy. This is encouraging because the two co-authored (with Scott Greenberger) a groundbreaking book on health care reform titled Critical: What We Can Do About the Health Care Crisis. One of the main ideas Daschle and Lambrew present (and show support of) is the adoption of EMRs.

 Even before the election, government support of EMRs was brewing. In September of 2008, Representative Peter Stark (D-Calif.), chairman of the House Ways and Means Health subcommittee, introduced the Health-e Information Technology Act of 2008.  The bill requires the government to create standards for an interoperable electronic health record system, and to create such a system by a certain date. It includes incentives to drive the adoption of such a system, as well as measures to protect the privacy of patients.

 No doubt, this is a massive undertaking requiring an enormous amount of resources. One positive is that the government won't have to start from scratch. Other countries have successfully implemented similar systems, and there is company right here on U.S. soil leading this initiative. If an EMR is to provide a comprehensive solution for today's practice environment, there must be an integrated set of clinical and practice management applications. The product should streamline workflow efficiency, improve adherence to treatment standards, provide detailed financial practice analysis, enhance patient education and interaction, and optimize compliance with regulatory and managed care guidelines. e-MDs, a software company based in  Austin, TX, is one of the only companies that currently provides such a comprehensive medical management software, with their revolutionary Solution Series.

i saw this movie when i was really young. i have no idea what it is. i'm pretty sure it took place in the 80's and it involved this black armored car that went around destroying other cars and some guy in a blue tow truck like battled him. it's a long shot but any help would be appreciated!
