How often does an aluminum scuba tank (new) need to be visually inspected?

I bought an aluminum tank last year, and my question is :...does it have to be visually tested every year, even though it is a new tank??

Visual needs to be done once a year. Hydro needs to be done once every 5 years. The date for the visual should be on a sticker on the tank, the hydro date will be stamped into the metal itself.

Mens Volleyball Underwear Question?

I play mens volleyball for my high school and I usually wear boxers but recently i have been getting a rash from all of the rubbing of my genitals on my thighs and i feel like my "junk" is not supported. Any Ideas or people who know if there is a different type of underwear that i SHOULD be wearing or something that you wear thanks. PS I have also tried boxer briefs and they dont really help thanks.

I try not to get involved in my players' clothing choices (beyond the regulation uniforms), but I know the captains on my men's collegiate volleyball team recommend compression shorts.
