anything that can provide or be provided with it's own oxidizer can burn underwater. A torch can burn underwater because the torch supplies both acetylene and oxygen.

I like skiing and snowboarding, so I can not imagine spending my time doing something else deserved rest. Plantars wart How do you treat? Do you think "liquid skin" would be a good thing to try?

I read on line that some people treat them with nail polish and duct tape basically to cut of the oxygen to the skin. I was wondering if Liquid Bandages or liquid skin would work. It's got a high acetone content that cauterizes the oozy parts of small wounds. I was thinking maybe it would eat off some wart flesh and help block the flow of oxygen

Hi, I had some plantars on the botom of my feet. I didn't go to the doctor to have them looked at or removed, instead I went to the store and a bought a little kit specifically made for removing Plantar worts. it contained a little bottle of pure Salicylic acid (the same stuff in most facial cleansers), an applicator and some little round band-aids. I used this stuff on my worts twice everyday until they dried up and became loose. The worts peeled of my foot and I continued treatment for a few more days to make sure they would not return. This worked great and did not hurt. It has been several years and they still have not come back. I don't know if the methods you mentioned would work or not but good luck!

Pool Scuba Water

Training fins (flippers) not allowed in swimming pool. Does pool management has the right to do this?

I own a pair of very short swimming fins designed by a top world class manufacturer exclusively for swimming pool training. However I was banned from using them in a London pool. It is definetely a swimming pool accessory and NOT scuba or open sea water long flippers. My fins have rounded rubber padded ends for safety protection.

That is outreagous!! It can't be 1 rule for you and 1 rule for other people. In my opinion the management do not have the right to do that, like you said they are still making money from you. Did you mention to them about your orthpedic condition? If you did and they still won't budge...i would use another swimming pool.
